Booties for Piglets Project

I am organizing a "Booties for Piglets" project and need help and advice. We are knitting booties (more like slippers or socks) and selling them to raise money for families in Vietnam. With the monies raised each family will receive 1 piglet that has been artificially inseminated. This will become the families livelyhood.

Does anyone have any advice on how I might recruit volunteers to help knit booties/socks for our project? My goal is to sell 100 pairs at $10 each which would allow us to donate 20 piglets to 20 families in Vietnam? (This includes food for the piglets .
